QNAP's QTS has its own SNMP toggle and MIB, structured differently from Synology's despite doing the same job.
In QTS, go to Control Panel > Network & File Services > SNMP and enable the service.
QTS supports v1/v2c with a community string or v3 with authentication; use v3 where your compliance posture requires encrypted polling on the storage VLAN.
QNAP's MIB reports volume and storage pool usage, disk SMART status, and hardware sensors; Linivo's QNAP profile maps the vendor-specific OIDs automatically so you don't need to hand-enter them.
