Tripp Lite's network-enabled PDUs use a similar SNMP model to APC's, with their own MIB for per-outlet and per-bank load.
In the PDU's web interface, go to System Configuration > SNMP and turn on access, setting the community string or SNMPv3 credentials.
Larger Tripp Lite PDUs report load at both the bank level (a group of outlets on one breaker) and the individual outlet level; decide which granularity you actually need before onboarding, since polling every outlet on a 48-outlet unit is a lot of data points.
Linivo's Tripp Lite profile polls bank-level load by default; enable per-outlet metrics under the device's settings if you need to trace draw down to a specific plugged-in server.
